Bumbu Praktis Nature Ayam Goreng Kapitan
*Combine ½tablespoon roeparasa into 100ml coconut milk, heat on pan and stir until smooth, input 125gr chicken until tender and the water seep, then fry until dry. The presentation can be berkuah or fried according to taste. For a side dish of rice, serve with ‘sambal ijo’ cork roeparasa, tofu and ‘lalapan’.
*Fried Chicken: 1btl can be for 2-3kg chicken + 250gr grated coconut + 100gr galangal
*Chicken Capitan/sauce: 1tablespoon + chicken 1kg + 250ml coconut milk / soy milk + condiments
